Welcome to Crescendo Paraiso (crescendoparaiso.com). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Age Verification
You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase tobacco products from our website. This is in accordance with United States federal law (Tobacco 21). By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request valid government-issued identification to verify your age at any point, including upon delivery. Orders that cannot be age-verified will be canceled and refunded.
2. Products
Crescendo Paraiso offers handcrafted premium cigars. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and are as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product images, colors, or descriptions are entirely exact due to variations inherent in handmade products and differences in screen displays. All products are subject to availability.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. In the event of a pricing error on an order you have already placed, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
Payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment platforms. We may verify transactions to prevent fraud. We do not store your full payment information on our servers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Our products are shipped from the Dominican Republic to the United States via international express carrier. All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the order total (Delivered Duty Paid). Shipments may be subject to customs inspection, which could result in additional processing time.
We ship to jurisdictions within the United States where the sale and delivery of tobacco products is permitted by law. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that tobacco products can legally be shipped to their address.
Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Crescendo Paraiso is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs clearance, or other events beyond our control.
An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery in compliance with the PACT Act and applicable state regulations.
5. PACT Act Compliance
Crescendo Paraiso operates in compliance with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act (PACT Act). As required by federal law:
- All orders require age verification (21+) prior to processing and upon delivery.
- We report all shipments to the tax administrators of the destination state and to the attorneys general of the destination state, as applicable.
- All applicable federal, state, and local excise taxes on tobacco products are collected and remitted as required by law.
- We maintain records of all sales and shipments in accordance with federal requirements.
- All packages are clearly labeled as containing tobacco products, as required.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of tobacco products and health regulations, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
7. Health & Legal Disclaimer

Tobacco use increases the risk of cancer, heart disease, and other serious health conditions. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge the health risks associated with tobacco use. Crescendo Paraiso is not responsible for any health consequences resulting from the use of our products.
Customers are responsible for complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of tobacco products.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product names, and design — is the property of Crescendo Paraiso and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crescendo Paraiso shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- The use or inability to use our website or products.
- Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions or pricing.
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or transactions.
- Delays or failures in delivery caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of our website and products shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall be conducted in English.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
11. Privacy

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
